A.2 — SERVICES IN DETAIL
Contract CNC turning and milling
Precision CNC turning and milling of metal parts in one-off, small-batch and series production. We machine in Nové Město nad Metují, Czech Republic, for customers at home and abroad.
We turn rotational parts on a Hyundai WIA L230LMA CNC turning centre with driven tools and a C-axis, so slots, holes and flats are produced in a single clamping. We machine bar stock from 10 to 65 mm in diameter and blanks up to 250 mm in diameter.
For CNC milling we use a Hyundai WIA F400 vertical machining centre with a working range of 800 × 460 × 520 mm. We mill plates, fixtures, contoured parts and precision machine components.
We manufacture from technical drawings, 3D models or a supplied sample. We take care of the whole job, from machining preparation to the finished part, and propose the right process with a focus on precision, quality and a fair price.

Precision turned parts since 2016
ROCL s.r.o. was founded in 2016, and its name combines the surnames of its two founders — Krecl and Rott. We specialise in contract manufacturing of precision turned parts, in series as well as one-offs.
We machine steels of all grades, including stainless steels and steels hardened up to 62 HRC. We work just as confidently with non-ferrous metals and plastics.
